I’m Simón Sánchez Navarro, a Colombian creative currently based in Madrid. 
Passionate about self expression and self reflection, I use design as a means of negotiating the world around me while fostering critical perspectives.

To me, ‘designing a conversation’ is about using my work to open up discussion and defy biased narratives towards a heterogeneous thought. I push for analytical approaches that frame design as discourse, and that are responsive to the context in which they exist. I design with a ‘correteo’ of sorts, led by an open mind and a constant sense of curiosity.

My upbringing in Medellín, as well as my experiences living abroad, have nourished me with a particular sensibility and an urge to broaden my viewpoints. I have a special interest in creative direction, speculative design, critical design and conceptual art. I also have a talent for engaging storytelling and a proven ability for adaptation.
